Simple winter fruit salad

With the holiday season in full swing, it’s always a good idea to have some yummy, healthful recipes at the ready for those long days in which you don’t have much time to cook. This easy salad is perfect whether you’re having the entire family over for a special meal or you’re simply in the mood for a nice fruit salad.

The best news is that it only takes 4 ingredients. Yummm. Let’s get started. 


  • 4 oranges, peeled
  • 1 pomegranate, seeded
  • 1 tsp ground allspice
  • 1 tsp stevia – either as chopped fresh herb or in granules


  1. Place all the ingredients in a medium-sized bowl.
  2. Mix, ensuring the allspice and stevia are evenly coating the fruit.
  3. Eat. Enjoy. Repeat.
