If you read last week’s post, you know that there are a whole lot of ideas of how a person can eat clean. The definition of clean eating is in constant flux. When it comes to the time and effort you need to put in, these definitions go from laid back to extreme.
Guess what? We’re having a yoga retreat, and we want YOU to join us! Last year, we had a great time out at the Sherburne National Wildlife Refuge. We hiked, we meditated, we did some yoga … it was great! If you missed out last year, have no fear. We will be heading out the the Sherburne National Wildlife Refuge again in September.
Here’s what you need to know:
Who: You! Feel free to invite your friends, family and co-workers – the more the merrier.
What: A one-day yoga retreat. We’ll be hiking, meditating, breathing, yoga-ing and more!
When: Sunday, Sept. 18 from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Where: Sherburne National Wildlife Refuge in Zimmerman, MN. It’s abut 1 hour northwest of the Twin Cities.
Why: Spend the day outdoors with a workout including hiking and practicing yoga, and get in touch with nature at the same time. Plus, you’ll be able to connect with other yogis from around the Twin Cities!
How much: $50/person. You can secure your spot here.
Other info: Please be sure to bring a yoga mat, water and a bag lunch with you. We will eat in between the hiking and yoga-ing.
