Life can be crazy and busy and confusing and overwhelming.

In between work and school and family and side projects, there’s a good chance you don’t have the time – or the energy – to get dressed in your workout gear, drive to the gym, do an effective and efficient workout, come home, and eat a nourishing meal that fits your preferences and diet restrictions at the same time. I get it. Unless you have a background in fitness and nutrition, how are you expected to know how to navigate the system?

The truth is, you’re not.

You’re not expected to know because it’s not your area of expertise. You’re not expected to know exactly what to do just because you read a few articles on the internet.

This is what fitness professionals are here for. This is what nutrition professionals are here for. Combine the two together, and you get Body and Mind by Muna. This is your one-stop-shop for individualized fitness programming as well as personalized nutrition coaching, so you can create and reach your goals one step at a time. And you can do it all with a dedicated coach.

What does Body and Mind by Muna offer?

Body and Mind by Muna has a series of videos on demand for you to do in the comfort of your home – even when you don’t have much time. From yoga to meditation to agility training to kettlebell to HIIT to resistance training to bootcmap-inspired workouts, you can choose from a variety of choices. Workouts are never longer than 45 minutes, but they are sure to work muscles throughout your body.

But reaching your health and wellness goals is about more than just fitness, and Muna understands that. That’s why Body and Mind by Muna is more than just fitness. You need to take a comprehensive look at both the physical and nutritional aspects.

Unfortunately, a lot of fitness trainers out there offer meal planning and individual nutrition coaching without the nutrition background necessary to do so.

This not only risks the health of the client (that’s you!), but it’s also illegal in many states. Even more unfortunate is the fact that there’s no governing body overlooking those calling themselves a “nutritionist.” That means anyone – and I mean anyone! – could claim the title nutritionist, even if they have no nutritional training or background whatsoever.

I take both fitness and nutrition seriously, which is why I am proud to say I hold a two-year degree in exercise science as well as a degree in dietetic technology. This is alongside my multiple fitness training certifications as well as time and experience in the nutrition field. (You can read more about my background here.)

When you ask someone to provide exercise and nutrition training, counseling and coaching, you should trust their experience and expertise.

At Body and Mind by Muna, you don’t have to worry about following fad diets or fitness trends. Instead, you can trust me to offer you evidence-based nutrition coaching and workouts designed from the most up-to-date research.

With that in mind, I invite you to join me. I invite you to give yourself the gift of health, happiness and wellness.
